The San Diego Area Thistle Fleet #13 Invitational Regatta brought together 11 teams for a weekend of racing combining open ocean windward-leeward courses and tight bay sailing. Saturday's four races featured light 4-7 knot winds with flat swell, while Sunday's three bay races saw stronger 8-11 knot winds that challenged the lighter crews. Kirsten Cummings and Jane Engleman dominated the competition to win overall, with Dave and Era Bloomberg in second and Mike Poltorak and Amy Cook in third.
