The Regatta Committee has finalized plans for the second annual Thistle National Championship races at Cleveland on August 29-30 and September 1. All registered Thistles may participate. The Cleveland Hotel is offering accommodations at $6 per double room, with entry blanks and race information to be mailed soon.

Official Measurer Del Cline clarifies that jib sheet leads can be located anywhere inside the gunwale as needed, with the rule being due to speculation about the correct point.
