Proctor Wins Thistle Midwinters Again
Report on the 30th Annual Thistle Mid-Winter Championship held at St. Petersburg Yacht Club in Florida, March 2-7, 1985. Ched Proctor won the A fleet championship with strong and consistent racing, while the regatta featured both A and B fleets with varied weather conditions and numerous social activities alongside the competitive racing.
