Coors Captures Mid-Winter

Report on the 35th sailing of the Southern California Yachting Association's Mid-Winter Regatta in February, where temperatures in the mid-seventies and 8-10 knot winds kept numerous fleets moving well. Thistles from two fleets joined forces, producing close competition with three races held. Bob Coors trimmed his boat and won the first race from Wally Gerrie.
