Seavy Savvy Wins Florida Districts: Francis Seavy Adds Thistle Title to His Florida Snipe Championship
Francis Seavy (2583) of Clearwater won the Florida District championship, becoming the first to win both Florida District titles in Thistles and Snipes. Seavy, a 46-year-old boat builder, trounced nineteen other Thistles in the warm, sunny weekend.
