Novice Wins Central Atlantic Districts

Ben Weil, a novice skipper, won the Central Atlantic District Championships at Chesapeake Bay hosted by the Severn Sailing Association. The event featured two races with a freshening moderate northwest breeze and Weil demonstrated superior tactical sailing throughout.
