Delta District Joins Newport as Publisher
The Delta District TCA brought out its own district-wide publication THISTLEDOWN in January 1960, joining Newport Harbor Fleet 68 in producing local Thistle newsletters. Both are mimeographed publications with content equivalent to BAGPIPE but focused on local district news.
