FLEET 21 WANTS HIKING STRAPS
Fleet 21 proposes amendments to the by-laws regarding hiking straps and trapeze equipment. Amendment 1 would delete the ruling under Section 5 of Article XXVII of the by-laws. Amendment 2 would add entitled Winches and Fittings, stating that hiking straps are permitted but hiking posts and trapeze are not allowed.
